Over the last few months buyers have been holding onto their pocket books saying they wanted to wait for the Colorado Springs Real Estate market to hit bottom. Well, from my perspective it has hit bottom and is on it's way up. Now I don't think it is going to jump to a seller's market any time soon but I can tell you that there were alot of people out looking at homes this weekend. More then probably the last few months put together. Homes are now getting multiple offers where they once would be lucky to get one. If you are thinking about buying there are still great deals to be found (and interest rates are incredibly low) but you will need to get moving because they won't last forever and you may be competing against others for the same great deal.
